Resources & Currency

  • The 1st first group (red) are slormites, you can use those items to Rick Manalan for item reinforcement.

  • The 2nd group (blue) are slormandrite, you can use those items to reforge the item special stats (or in the case of the slormandrite of fate, to reforge any stat) with Friederich or you can get bonus chance in different reinforcement stats when you reinforce an item with Rick.

  • The 3rd group (green) are slormeline and the fragments, you need slormeline to reforge stats or scores,for the last one you need the slormandrite of fate. If you use it with rick, it increase the chance of successful reinforcemente. With the fragments, you can talk to Rick to create slormites tier 0 or talk to friederich to create slormandrites and slormelines

  • The 4th group (violet) are the reapersmith spirits, you can use them to upgrade the slorm reaper affinity, upgrade runes, copy slorm reapers (you need 1k of spirits of that slormsmith and the same type of slorm reaper with another character

  • The 5th group (yellow) are currency, currently there are 4 types: -Goldus is the base currency to upgrade equipments, reforge and buy items.
    -Slorm is the currency you use to upgrade your skills and ancestral tree
    -Elder slorm is the currency you need to enter the slorm temple and the great forge (both end game content) and can be obtained by killing elite monsters in battlefield (another end game content) or story mode.
    -Pure slorm is the currency you use to buy the upgrades of the slorm temple, the ultimatums and buy the “Elder (weapon) of the slorm temple”

NPCs

This is an introduction of the npc mentioned in this guide.

Rick is the NPC who can reinforce your equipment with the crafting resources (mainly slormites), and craft slormites.

Friederich is the NPC who can reforge stats and scores with slormandrites and slormelines, and craft those resources with fragments.

Olorin is the NPC related to the slorm temple, he gives you upgrades related to said place and upgrade your ultimatums.
You can also trade pure slorm for elder or normal slorm, and buy a special Reaper.

Cory is the NPC who can upgrade the slorm reapers affinity, upgrade the runes and copy the slorm reapers. He also sells the slorm reaper “Fate-crusher, (weapon name) of the seven and the Slorm reapers you don’t have with your other characters (you need that reaper with a different character to enable this option.

Gear: Basics

  • Equipments have 6 different tiers, Normal, Magic, Rare, Epic and Nether.

  • Legendary is a different classification, an item can be normal/magic/rare/epic and legendary at the same time.

  • Nether items can only be obtained when defeating a warlord, these items always have a legendary start.

  • The stats availability depend of the tiers, some stats you can find in the normal tier may not be available as magic or rare in the same gear, or vice versa.

  • Each item can have up to 2 normal (Rings, amulets, belts and cape have 1, the rest have 2), 1 magic, 1 rare, 3 epic, 1 legendary stat, 1 slormsmith affinity (up to +5 levels), 1 mastery modifier (up to +2 levels) and 1 attribute modifier (up to +3 points).

  • The more rarity the item have, the more experience needs to fill the potential.

  • The Potential gain is the same regardless of the Wrath.

Stats with more rarity have diminishing return, in relation to the normal stat.

Gear: Pure Stats

Dropped gear have chance of getting pure stats. These pure stats are highlighted with teal and an exclamation mark (!).
By default, they have up to +10% of the max roll possible for that stat. This max roll can be increased in exchange of pure slorm with Olorin, up to +90% bonus max roll, with a total of +100%. The chance of getting pure stats can be upgraded with Olorin as well.
In Warlords, each Netherworld map have increased chance to drop a specific Pure stats, with a minimum score, and this stat is rerolled each time you complete a map.
The number of exclamation marks indicate the bonus range of that pure stat.

Gear: Affinity

Each level of affinity grant you bonuses with the matching Slormsmith:

  • +0,5% Reaper damage.
  • +0,5% Effect multiplier.
  • +1% Reaper experience gain.
  • +0,2% Reduced primordial cap. *

*This means you need less levels to get the primordial version

You can get up to 50 affinity points from your gear and 100 from Cory’s upgrades

Gear: Mastery

This stat increase the level of the skill, up to 22 levels in a single skill.

If you use the same gear with a different class, the mastery will change to the skill of the current class in the same position. Eg: with +2 with Throwing sword, that gear give you +2 to Book smash with the mage or Stab with the huntress.

Ultimatums

The ultimatums fix a specific stat to a certain number that can’t be improved via gear stats, but they don’t have effect on skills upgrades. You can unlock them upon reaching specific floors in the Slorm temple. Unlike the runes, they are not random.
The ultimatums can be upgraded with pure slorm, and the Max lvl is 15.

Gear: Stats Growth

as stated in the patch 0.2

Reinforcement now offers diminshing returns. +1 Reinforcement gives a +15% bonus, +2 gives +14% bonus, up to +15 and above granting a +1% bonus to the Reinforced stat.
That is instead of the former Reinforcement that granted +15% bonus to stats, at any Reinforcement level.

This bonus is accumulative. That mean when you reinforce an item to 2, the next bonus is 29% (15%+14%) of the base stats. When you go past the 14 reinforcement, the rest of the reinforcement will add 1% the base stat.

*When you select an equipment To upgrade with Rick, you can see 3-4 colors on the numbers

  • White (Teal if the stat is pure) is the current value of your equipment.
  • The orange numbers are the added value to those stats in case of a successful upgrade.
  • The grey numbers are the base value of those stats.*

This growth use the real stat value, stats in % are rounded to every 0,5% (except the leech stats).

Yep, this is because internally, the game don’t store the value as “12%” but rather a value from 1 to 100
Meaning that with the rounded value, the game shows you 12%, but in reality it’s more like 11.9 (i don’t know the exact value, but u get the point)
And therefore the multiplicative bonus of reinforcement don’t give the exact same value

Ex:
Looking at the minion damage, all those items have the same base value. But all helmets have the same growth but the cape have a little bit more. All those bonus are from 0 to 1 reinforcement. That mean the cape have different real value.

Since the Royale update, the legendary effects can benefit from reinforcement, up to lvl 15, because those effects have no diminishing return.

With this option, you can personalize your equipment, you can take any equipment and upgrade the tier (normal->magic->rare->epic->legendary).
Reforge have multiple options depending of the tier of the item.

Salvage

Turn items into fragments from their respective tier, you can use the hamer icon with the tier color to savage all non equiped items from that tier, for the legendaries, you have to drop the item manually.
If you salvage an item with pure stats, you get some pure slorm.

Graft

This option is unlocked when you get your first Nether equipment, this option allows you to sacrifice an item to transfer that stat to the nether item.
You can only transfer ANY stat to the nether item within the same tier (this include legendary effect) 3 times in the same nether item.
Grafting require Pure slorm, the item with the stat you want to graft, a legendary slormeline, and a slormeline from the tier you want to transplant.

Crafting basics: Upgrades

When you go to Rick, you have 2 tabs.

-The first tab is the reinforcement. When you see this tab, you have 5 values and 5 slots.

Values

  • Potential: the base success rate, you fill this bar by gaining exp with the item equiped. You don’t need to fill this stat to reinforce an item, but it’s recomended.

  • Critical reinforcement: the chance of getting +15% potential after a successful critical reinforcement.

  • Double reinforcement: the chance of reinforce the selected equipment twice.

  • Failure: it’s the chance of failing a reinforcement, this value is multiplier (ex: if you have a 80% success rate and 50% failure, the final number is 40%).

  • Calculated success rate: when i mention this value, is the one on the right, it shows the final succes rate.

Slots

  • Equipment (Top left): there’s not much to say about this one, you drop the equipment you want to reinforce.

  • Slormite (Top right): In this slot you can drop any slormite, different tiers have different bonus/penalty depending of the reinforcement tier of your equipment. You can only use one unit.

-The second tab, is the slormite merge, you can merge different tiers of slormites using 3 of the slormites of the previous tier (tier 1 need 3 tier 0, tier 2 need 3 tier 1, etc), except the tier 0, this tier need 25 normal and 10 magic fragments.

Runes: General

Runes are another layer of customization added in the great forge update.
The game have 3 types of runes and you can only use one of each type, Activation, Effect and enhancement.
If you equip a rune when you have a reaper with the same name equiped, the rune will have no effect
Currently, there are 7 activation runes (1 per Slormsmith), 14 effect runes (2 per Slormsmith) and 7 enhancement runes (1 per Slormsmith).

  • Activation runes state the effect runes activation condition.This condition is modified by the constraint in the effect rune.
  • Effect runes gives you extra effects when the activation runes conditions are fulfilled.
  • Enhancement runes gives general improvements to the effect runes, like reactivation chance, amplified effect, constraint reduction, etc.

Each rune can be upgraded with the spirits of their slormsmith.
The Max lvl for the runes is 15.
